LIABILITY
OF PARTNERSHIP
Where loss or injury is caused to any person not a partner in the
partnership . . . by any wrongful act or omission of any partner acting in
the ordinary course of the business of the partnership or with the
authority of his partners, the partnership is liable therefore to the same
extent as the partner so acting or omitting to act.1
A wrongful act committed by one partner which is outside the
general partnership agency renders that partner alone responsible because
he acts only for himself.2 1O.R.C.
