CLAIMS OF THE PARTIES  

     Plaintiff Robert E. Taylor Administrator of the estate of Alma D. Meyer deceased claims recovery from defendants Richard G. Meyer and Hill & Company because of misuse of property of Alma D. Meyer by Richard G. Meyer a partner in Hill & Co.

     Plaintiff asserts a right of recovery in accordance with the following:

  1. Violation of Ohio laws regarding liability of partners,

  2. Violation of Federal Securities laws,

  3. Violation of Ohio laws concerning conversion,

  4. Breach of fiduciary duties, and

  5. Negligence.

     Defendant Hill G Company denies any violation on its part of federal securities law, Ohio laws concerning partnerships, conversion, fiduciary duties or negligence. Defendant Richard Meyer denies any liability to plaintiff.
