CORPORATIONS - CORPORATE ACT  

     At law, a corporation is a "person" and must be regarded as such.1

     The acts of corporate officers and employees are the acts of that corporation.2

     Knowledge of corporate business received by an employee in the ordinary course of business is imputed to the corporation.3
